About the Role
HEERAJI Fashion LLP, the company behind CARBON, MILLSCHI and FRIP, is hiring a Founding Full-Stack Developer for its Bengaluru office.
We are an established apparel company building our own digital infrastructure, including an AI-powered business command centre, inventory integrations, B2B catalogue systems and workflow automation.
This is a hands-on role for a self-motivated developer who can take ownership of projects from planning through deployment and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain internal web applications and dashboards.
- Integrate inventory, billing, Shopify and other business systems through APIs.
- Develop and maintain B2B catalogue and business automation solutions.
- Work with databases, backend services and modern frontend technologies.
- Troubleshoot production issues and maintain secure, reliable applications.
- Coordinate directly with business leadership and take ownership of technical execution.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant full-stack development experience.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development.
- Experience with REST APIs, SQL databases and system integrations.
- Ability to independently develop, deploy and maintain applications.
- Practical problem-solving skills and clear communication.
- Comfortable working in an apparel-focused business without an established in-house IT team.
